ABOUT THE AUTHOR
The author has a PhD in Engineering from the University of Manchester in 1995. Since then he has been working as a consultant in the IT industry. Currently he is working as a senior solution consultant in Accenture. The author has experience in providing consultancy to many different companies in the fields of finance, telecommunications, retail, government, healthcare and utilities across Europe, the United States and the Middle East. The author has also been involved in the NHS project in the UK, which was the biggest IT project in the world.
