ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Eugenio Macias was born in San Antonio, Texas, in 1936, served 26 years on active duty and has three years of college. He has no fame and no fortune. He does not believe that the state of the union is what politicians say, nor in what we need to do to get America back on the right track. He is cofounder and first president (1979) of the Avenida Guadalup Association in San Antonio, Texas. He authored "Marshall Plan and Revitalization of the United States of America" of which major revisions are presented in this book. His belief is that lesser government is best for the people and for America, and that the future of an America "of, by and for the people" is in the hands and minds of the people, and not that of the politicians and government. He is a member of the unfounded MODERATE PARTY OF AMERICA.
