You don't have to submit the completed contract or completed publishing kit until your manuscript has been accepted. However, we include it here for review purposes. The correction sheet is also here for reference material (and later use). We ask that you denote any corrections you may find in the electronic proof we send you after production has started.
The Publishing Kit is designed to open in your word processor for easy completion. Viewing the .pdf documents requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you have any problems opening the documents, or don't have Reader installed, you may obtain the latest version here.
