ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Allen Giertz has spent over thirty years as a technical specialist, leader, and trainer experienced in aircraft, mobile, and industrial fluid power applications. Along the way, he earned various certificates in those fields. In 1987, he started in the personal finance arena, obtaining licenses in insurance, securities, principle, along with debt consolidation certification. He received a tremendous education in that field, and discovered that there were many things out there that the public had not learned or been told about. After being laid off six times in his career, he realized that there were very important areas of a job search that were not being covered, especially how it affects the searcher's wallet. Other topics that he believed needed to be addressed include support groups, unemployment benefits, the library, negotiating salaries, legal and illegal questions, and many other subjects. These are issues that every unemployed person deals with and should be covered in detail. Now these forgo tten, but simple, answers and ideas can be found in this book.
