ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Dr. Thomas H. Richey lives and works in East Baton Rouge Parish. His first book was entitled, Tirailleurs: A History of the 4th Louisiana Volunteers. His interest in the Battle of Baton Rouge stems from researching ancestors who fought in the battle.
