That's what I call it - quiet time when I can let both my feet and my mind wander. Sometimes I stroll through town to Lake Monroe, other times I hoof it out on one of the hiking trails. A few years ago, I started taking my camera with me, snapping photos of everything - thank goodness for digital technology - eventually developing a photographic "eye" through trial and (much) error.
