An accomplished graduate of Garden Spot High School, Matthew is studying for a career in English secondary education. He is the treasurer of his school’s literary magazine, and has published several poems and a short story within it. As a writer, his greatest influences are Michael Crichton and H.G. Wells for their weaving of social commentary into exciting science-fiction adventures. His interests include baseball, orchestral music, and of course, writing.
