For over two years, Jeffrey served as Director of Media Operations for the highly popular Baker Street Mysteries theater production company in southern New Hampshire before disembarking to form his own troupe, Off-The-Street Productions, in 2000. To pay the bills, Jeffrey is a manager at Lilly's on the Pond restaurant in Rindge, New Hampshire, where his daily dealings with customers leave him plenty to write about.
