ABOUT THE AUTHOR
The author has a PhD in Engineering from the University of Manchester in 1995. The author has experience in providing IT consultancy to many different companies in the fields of finance, telecommunications, retail, government, healthcare and utilities across Europe, the United states and the Middle East.
