"Common Interest" is addressed to My Fellow American Citizens – and is Dedicated to You! "Common Interest" is written with the intent of making life in America, and, therefore your life and the lives of those you know and love, better. It is presented for your review of the concepts and approaches provided therein. It is written to help you to understand and hopefully embrace the bold proposals presented.

Further it is presented with the hope that after personal consideration of its contents, you will decide to take action to show your support. And in some way assist in making these practical solutions part of your life and the lives of so many others – Our fellow Americans.

"Common Interest" compares the overall situation that America now confronts to those that faced the American colonists faced in 1776 as they approached their Revolution.

Published after my amateur, but official, Independent Presidential campaign ended in early 2004, it offers my perspectives on the 2004 campaign and the candidates. It contains proposals on ending the War on Drugs with the National Drug Reform Proposal, U.S. Immigration Control, and American First Employment and Re-Employment. See the website CICRU.org for more information.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
My name is A J Wildman, a leading edge member of the Baby Boomer generation that loves our country and all it stands for.

My profession was 34 years in the IT industry solving the business problems of both the corporate and federal government clients. I left IT in December 2002 to devote my time and energy toward my concerns for our country.

The original intent was to complete my first book, Common Interest and in it present the National Drug Reform (NDR) Proposal – how to end and win the national War on Drugs. The book recaps my experiences from completing the manuscript of Common Interest in March 2003 through my amateur, yet official Independent Presidential campaign in late 2003 and early 2004. It also presents my proposals on U.S. Immigration Control, and American First Employment and Re-Employment.

Further, it overviews my campaign approach and political perspectives on how the Democratic and Republican parties are not serving the People, and why a true Independent is what America needs in the White House.
