Restore Deleted Contacts- You may already know how to delete an entry from your Address Book: Right-click it, select Delete, and then click Yes to confirm. But did you also know that if you delete one by mistake or all of them, you could get them back. As long as you're in the current work session (or at any time if you haven't instructed Outlook to empty the Deleted Items folder upon exiting), you can retrieve deleted contacts from the Deleted Items folder.
Switch to the Deleted Items folder and on the left side of the row of the column headings, click the Sort By Icon button. (It looks like a dog-eared page.) Scroll down the list until you find the deleted contact(s) you want to restore (the icon next to them looks like an ID card), select them, right-click the selection, choose Move To Folder, select the Contacts folder and click OK.
